Join Our Team at JLR's Solihull Site!
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Jaguar Land Rover's Solihull Plant as an On-site Driver. You will be responsible for driving modern luxury vehicles within the site. This is a temporary role with the potential to be extended for the right candidate.

Requirements:
For insurance purposes, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be 30 years of age or over.
- Have held a full, valid driving license for a minimum of 5 years.
- Have no previous driving disqualifications.
- Have no more than 6 penalty points on your license, with no single conviction being for more than 3 points.

Pay Rates:
- Starting from £15.91 ph basic rate with shift premium payable on relevant shift patterns.
- Excellent overtime rates available.
Shift Patterns:
Shift patterns can vary depending on requirements and will be discussed with you to determine the best fit. An example of a shift pattern is a three-week rotation of mornings, afternoons, and nights:
- Week 1 (Mornings): 6:00 - 13:30 (Mon-Thurs), 6:00 - 12:00 (Friday).
- Week 2 (Afternoons): 13:30 - 21:00 (Mon-Thurs), 12:00 - 18:00 (Friday).
- Week 3 (Nights): 21:00 - 06:00 (Mon-Thurs).
Please note that you must be flexible and able to work all three shift rotations and be available for overtime as required.

- Flexibility with shift patterns and overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and manoeuvre luxury vehicles within the JLR Solihull site.
- Work as part of a team, cooperating with others to meet business needs.
- Adhere to all on-site health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures for vehicle movement.
- Uphold company-wide policies and show respect for vehicles, equipment, and colleagues.
