Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for in process weight, volume and quality checks are carried out as per SOPs. Perform line setups, clearances and reconciliations as per SOPs.
Carry out all packing as per relevant documentation and ensure all packing duties are completed to enable prepare product for transfer and shipping
Effectively resolve or escalate problems in the manufacturing area to ensure problem
solving can occur when and where issues happen
Completion of all relevant documentation, including batch documentation and training records
Attend and contribute to line meetings / daily huddles and visual workplace
meetings for their lines / rooms.
Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Work effectively with their colleagues through timely and relevant communication to ensure the shift meets its production goals and that a smooth handover exists between shifts
Assist in activities and help sustain the required standards within their area.
Organise, prepare for, and participate in Line Changeovers in order to maximise the OEE potential
Assist where necessary with the training of colleagues in SOPs, process execution and equipment operation
Perform batch documentation review as required

The role is offered on an initial 6 month contract with a possibility of extension. Expected hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday (39 hours per week)
