Looking to recruit a skilled Painter/Decorator to join a leading Housing Association in Yeovil.
Offering up to £33,300 + company van and fuel card & benefits
- Undertake a variety of tasks to include, glossing, emulsion, papering, filling, applying mould treatments and remedial tiling or plaster if needed
- Responsible for conducting ventilation surveys, and completing make-good decoration work in our customers' homes.
- Carry out effective treatment and remediation work, including cleaning, sealing, and repairing affected areas.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence is a must as company van is provided
- Well organised, with good Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge
- Previous experience working in Domestic properties, ideally in a social housing environment
