Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
A relevant degree in English or a related subject.
Proven ability to teach English effectively at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Excellent subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for English language and literature.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Commitment to continuous professional development and contributing positively to the school community.
