Your role:

Supporting children aged 0-5 during play, learning and daily routines
Assisting with activities planned by the permanent team
Ensuring a safe, caring and stimulating environment
Engaging positively with children, parents and staff
Maintaining professionalism in fast-paced settings

You must have:

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (CACHE/NCFE/BTEC/EYE)
A friendly, flexible approach
A strong understanding of safeguarding

Advantageous experience:

Autism, ADHD or SEND
Working with challenging behaviour
