Randstad Education is effectively looking for talented and enthusiastic Primary supply teachers to join their teams in and around the Basildon area. As a primary Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.

• Establishing a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive relationships, and fostering a love for learning.
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and student support.
• Maintaining accurate records of attendance, behaviour, and academic progress.
