Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers, with a PGCE/QTS qualification, to join our team and enjoy the flexibility of long-term placements or day-to-day supply, allowing you to balance work with your other commitments effortlessly, in and around the Chelmsford area.

Role & Responsibilities:
... - Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of subjects and year groups, following the schools' curriculum and lesson plans.
- Establishing a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive relationships, and fostering a love for learning.
- Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and student support.
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance, behaviour, and academic progress.

Requirements:
- A QTS (Qualified teaching status) is essential.
- Relevant qualifications (PGCE or similar).
- Knowledge of primary curriculum including Key Stage 1 (KS1) & Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Previous teaching experience in the UK is required.
- Immediate starts available.
