What You'll Do:
... - Deliver fun, engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 and/or 2, using school plans or your own ideas.
- Step into new classrooms with confidence, quickly adapting to different schools and pupils.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
- Maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines in line with school expectations.
- Mark and assess students' work where needed, particularly for longer placements.
- Be a reliable and professional presence that schools can count on.
What We're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- A positive, flexible, and can-do attitude.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A genuine love for teaching and helping children grow.
- Confidence in adapting to different school cultures and classroom needs.
