About the Role:
This is a maternity cover post for a Primary Class Teacher, responsible for a small class of pupils with varying additional needs. You will be supported by experienced teaching assistants and work closely with our therapy and pastoral teams to deliver high-quality, meaningful education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs and EHCPs of pupils
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure consistent and high-quality provision
- Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and multi-agency teams
- Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and support pupils' social and emotional development
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching in a primary setting (SEN experience is desirable but not essential)
- Is patient, resilient, and able to adapt teaching to meet diverse needs
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Is passionate about inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learners
- Demonstrates a nurturing, child-centred approach to teaching
