Your Role as a Supply Teacher:
Your focus will be on delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. You will be expected to manage classroom behaviour effectively, follow the school's unique policies and procedures, and leave comprehensive feedback for the regular class teacher.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- The ability to adapt quickly and build rapport with pupils.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
