The Role: As a Supply Teacher with Randstad, you will be the "safe pair of hands" our schools rely on. Your day-to-day will involve:
Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (depending on your preference).
Adapting quickly to new school environments and policies.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
Marking the work completed during the day to ensure continuity for the class teacher.
Leaving the school at the end of the day with no planning or take-home marking.
What we need from you:
Qualification: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.
Experience: Recent experience teaching in a UK primary setting.
Flexibility: The willingness to travel to different schools within the Leeds area.
Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
