KS2 Teacher (Day-to-Day and Long-Term Cover) - Thornton Cleveleys

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum for KS2.
- Flexibility to cover both short-term and extended teaching assignments.
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil development.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
- Proficient in assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs.
