Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across a range of Primary subjects, including literacy, numeracy, and science.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum and school programs.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a well-organized and stimulating classroom that supports student learning.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
- A minimum of [e.g., 1-2] years of experience teaching at the primary level.
- A strong understanding of child development and a nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
