Responsibilities
Planning and delivering high-quality, differentiated lessons across the Primary curriculum.
Creating a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
Assessing pupil progress and using data to inform future planning and interventions.
Collaborating with parents, carers, and colleagues to support the holistic development of every child.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A deep understanding of the National Curriculum and effective primary pedagogy.
Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing approach.
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or a willingness to apply for one).
