Roles & Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement dynamic and inquiry-based lessons across all primary subjects, including literacy, math, social studies, and science.
- Student Engagement: Create an enriching classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration.
- Assessment and Reporting: Regularly assess student progress using a variety of formative and summative methods, and communicate effectively with parents through conferences and reports.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and respectful classroom culture through effective behavioral management and student-teacher relationships.
- Professional Collaboration: Actively participate in grade-level meetings, school-wide initiatives, and professional development sessions to enhance teaching practices.
What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience working with primary-aged children, with a deep understanding of developmental milestones.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
