Our friendly Wirral school seeks a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to support our commitment to excellent education and a lifelong love of learning. You'll play a vital role in assisting teachers and inspiring students.

Enhanced Child DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Degree qualification in teaching (PGCE) with QTS

Strong knowledge of the curriculum
Passion for teaching and learning
Availability to start as soon as possible
Ability to adapt your approach to individual student needs
Relevant teaching experience (2 teaching references required)

Responsibilities:

Create a positive learning environment with well-planned lessons and engaging classroom displays
Use creativity and innovation to enhance children's learning experiences
Manage the classroom effectively and maintain discipline
Adhere to the curriculum, including updates and changes
Communicate with and encourage students with additional needs
Demonstrate a genuine interest in children education and fostering the best learning environment
Maintain a positive outlook and attitude
Knowledge of diverse teaching methods
Strong organisational and verbal communication skills
