We have a requirement for professionals with a proven background in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with SEMH needs.
Assist in the implementation of tailored educational and behavioural strategies.

Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals.
Essential Requirements:
A minimum of three months of recent UK experience as a Teaching Assistant.
Demonstrable experience supporting students with SEMH needs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, resilient, and proactive approach to supporting student development.
Adaptability and reliability to work in diverse school settings.
