We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience a variety of school environments, support diverse student needs, and enjoy a role with an excellent work-life balance.
Your Role as a Supply Teaching Assistant:
Provide essential support to teachers, assisting with the delivery of lessons and the preparation of classroom resources.
Work with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and EHCPs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging positive behaviour and supporting students' wellbeing.
Assist students with core subjects like Mathematics, English, and reading.
Collaborate effectively with school staff to ensure every child can succeed.
What We're Looking For:
A conscientious and considerate individual with a passion for education.
Experience working with children, ideally within a school or nursery setting.
Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certificate, are highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one.
