We're looking for someone to support a vibrant primary school's Early Years (Reception) and Year 1 classes, from September 2025 to October 2025.

Key Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, your role is crucial to the success of the classroom. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom management, and creating an engaging learning environment.
- Providing one-on-one and small-group support to students, helping them to stay on task and achieve their learning goals.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere, motivating students, and helping them build confidence.
- Implementing the school's behaviour policies effectively and using proactive strategies to support positive conduct.
- Helping with general administrative duties, such as preparing resources and organising the classroom.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant preferred, but not essential.
- An Enhanced Child DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
- The legal right to work in the UK without any restrictions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A nurturing and patient approach to working with children.
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- First Aid training is preferred, but not essential.
