Join our dynamic production team as a Print Press Operator, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality printed materials using state-of-the-art machinery. This hands-on position involves operating and maintaining web printers, offset presses, and other print equipment, ensuring smooth production runs while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Operate, monitor, and maintain print presses and finishing equipment to meet production deadlines.
Conduct routine quality checks to ensure print consistency and adherence to specifications.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance to minimise downtime.
Follow strict health & safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
Collaborate with the production team to optimise workflow and efficiency.
Assist with material handling, including loading/unloading paper, ink, and other supplies.
Complete production logs and reports accurately.
Proven experience in a print production environment (e.g., commercial printing, packaging, or publishing).
Familiarity with web or offset printing presses (training provided for specific machinery).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Basic mechanical aptitude - ability to spot and resolve minor issues.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to workplace safety.
Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern (see below).
Week 1: Mon-Thu | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Days)
Week 2: Mon-Thu | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Nights)
Week 3: Fri-Sun | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Days)
Week 4: Fri-Sun | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Nights)
