Procurement Administrator - 2 to 3 Month Contract | Southwark | Office-Based | £30,000 pro rata
A leading creative consultancy located in Southwark is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Administrator to join their team on a 2 to 3 month contract. This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week) offering a competitive day rate equivalent to £30,000 pro rata.
About the Role:
You will be integral to managing the procurement process, ensuring thorough vetting and smooth communication with sub-consultants. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will support effective collaboration across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Distribute questionnaires and clear guidance to sub-consultants
Gather, organise, and archive responses efficiently
Review submissions for accuracy and completeness, highlighting any discrepancies
Confirm and cross-check company credentials such as registration numbers using public records
Develop and maintain a comprehensive and current database of approved sub-consultants
Follow up persistently with sub-consultants to secure timely and complete responses
Liaise with internal teams including Finance, Legal, and OMS to ensure all compliance and vetting procedures are followed
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Keen eye for detail and ability to identify incomplete or incorrect information
Experience in procurement or administrative coordination preferred
Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet deadlines
