I am working with a market leading sub contractor who has a multi million pound annual turnover and they are looking to expand their L&D team. They are looking for someone who had previously worked within the construction or infrastructure market and have worked as a L&D advisor or high level L&D Admin before. This would be to work in their Head Office based in Southwark and will be paying up to £40,000 per year. You would be working with the L&D team to deal with all on boarding and training administrators, support all graduate new starters and mentor them through coaching schemes and activities and put on events for graduates thinking about getting into construction.
