The Details
- Rate: £14.36 per hour (PAYE)
- Duration: 6 Months (Temporary)
- Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Note: Wednesday is a mandatory onsite day. Local candidates are strongly preferred.
The Role
As a Data & Procurement Administrator, you will be the backbone of our supplier database management. Your primary focus will be ensuring that our procurement systems remain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Create, update, and maintain vital supplier records across platforms including SharePoint, Salesforce, and S360.
- Compliance: Ensure all entered data aligns strictly with internal controls and global procurement policies.
- Documentation: Execute recording activities for various contracts and supplier-related documentation.
- Quality Control: Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing repetitive data tasks.
What We're Looking For
We need a focused individual who understands that "the devil is in the details."
Experience & Skills:
- Background: Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a procurement support environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically an intermediate level of Excel (Word and PowerPoint also required).
- Precision: Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with numerical data.
- Integrity: A commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and following strict internal protocols.
- Focus: The ability to maintain high performance and concentration during repetitive tasks.
Education:
- High school diploma, certificate of secondary education, or equivalent work experience.
