What You'll Do
- Investigate Product Returns: You'll conduct thorough investigations into customer-returned products to identify the root cause of any issues. This is not a customer service role, so you won't be handling customer calls.
- Analyse Data: Using our advanced computer systems, you'll analyse data to uncover trends and patterns in product complaints, helping to prevent future issues.
- Improve Processes: You'll actively contribute to enhancing procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
- Collaborate Globally: You will communicate with colleagues worldwide, sharing insights and working together to achieve team goals.
- Be a Problem Solver: You'll use your analytical skills to spot trends in product complaints and escalate them to management for further investigation.

What We're Looking For
- Analytical Mindset: You should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse information to find the root cause of issues.
- Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, including Word and Excel.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to follow procedures and accurately document your findings is essential.
- Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills are a must.
- Education: Secondary education or an equivalent qualification in Maths and English is required.
Beneficial but Not Essential: Experience with laboratory best practices, problem-solving, and root cause analysis is a plus.
Important Details: You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and be able to provide a five-year referencing history (employment or other activities) for successful applicants.
