Production Assistant | Medical Manufacturing
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Pay: £15.29 per hour
Shift: 4-on, 4-off (07:00 - 19:00)
The Role: Working in a modern, regulated facility, you will support the manufacturing of medical diagnostic products. This role requires technical discipline and a focus on accuracy, as you will be responsible for keeping production lines running to high standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation: Setting up and monitoring production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet strict healthcare regulations and manufacturing practices.
- Documentation: Keeping precise batch records and entering data into production systems (legible handwriting and basic IT skills are required).
- Team Coordination: Working with your shift colleagues to maintain steady production flow and hit daily targets.
Requirements:
- Reliability: A consistent work ethic and the ability to commit to the 4-on, 4-off rotation.
- Communication: Good written and verbal English for reporting and team coordination.
- Compliance: You must be able to provide a 5-year reference history (employment, education, or other activity) for our background checks.
