This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Line Leader to guide and motivate a small team of Production Operatives. You will be instrumental in managing daily line performance, driving efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a small production team, ensuring the line runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Performance Management: Manage daily line performance, driving efficiency and ensuring optimal output from your team.
• Training & Development: Deliver necessary training and guidance to Production Operatives to maintain high standards of work.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet strict quality standards and complete accurate quality checks and documentation promptly.
• Operational Flow: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring the fast-paced production setting remains organised and productive.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Line Leader or Supervisor within a production or manufacturing environment (horticultural experience is a plus).
• People Management: Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small team effectively.
• Organisational Skills: Great organisational abilities to coordinate tasks, manage workflow, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Pace & Drive: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus on quality and efficiency targets.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work the core Monday-Friday shift with occasional Sundays as required by the production schedule.
