What You'll Be Doing

As a Line Leader, you'll take ownership of a production line and lead a team of around 10 Production Operatives, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations every day.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Lead & Inspire: Drive day-to-day performance, motivate your team, and delegate tasks effectively.

• Hit the Targets: Plan and manage production timelines while monitoring KPIs to ensure goals are met.

• Quality Champion: Maintain exceptional standards, ensuring all products meet strict customer specifications.

• Train & Track: Complete line checks accurately and on time, and deliver training to boost team performance.

• Build the Culture: Create a positive, supportive, and motivating workplace where people enjoy coming to work.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• Horticulture Experience: Solid, hands-on experience in a horticultural environment.

• Warehouse Know-How: Strong background in warehouse operations

• Confident Leadership: Proven ability to organise, direct, and support a team.

• Strong Communication: Computer-literate with clear, effective communication skills.

• Reliability: A full driving licence and a dependable, can-do attitude.

• Safety Focus: Excellent awareness of Health & Safety standards.
