- Operational Acumen: A solid understanding of site-level planning activities and the ability to monitor equipment and ensure compliance, proactively identifying and resolving issues swiftly to maintain seamless operations.

As a Production Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence, innovation, and efficiency within our manufacturing operations. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee daily production activities, and directly contribute to our commitment to quality and safety.
