- Day Shift: Mon-Thur (06:30 - 15:00) & Friday (06:30 - 12:00)
- Back Shift: Mon-Thur (15:00 - 23:30) & Friday (12:00 - 17:30)

Key Responsibilities
- Precision Engineering: Prepare units for production, including bogie part and yaw damper replacements.
- Quality Compliance: Execute all tasks in strict accordance with SOPs, QCPs, and global quality standards.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of housekeeping, minimize waste, and adhere to all HSE policies.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Act as a role model, supporting the training of new colleagues and deputizing for the Team Leader when required.
- Communication: Maintain clear lines of communication with Section Leaders to ensure the delivery plan is met on time.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Safety: Must hold a relevant Track Safety competence.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret SOPs, QCPs, and technical instructional documentation (SRIs/SRPs).
- Aptitude: Strong attention to detail, IT literacy, and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to various sites for specialized training courses.
Desirable Extras
- Experience within an Operational Railway Environment.
- Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production setting.
- Crane or Overhead Lift experience.
