Randstad are seeking a Project Manager or Senior Site Agent to support a rail infrastructure scheme involving a station improvement, including a new footbridge, lifts and closure of a level crossing.
Key Responsibilities
... Deliver the project safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality
Manage cost control, forecasting, risk, and commercial performance
Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and team development
Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and collaborative working
Oversee safety, compliance, risk management, and quality assurance
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Agent, ideally in a rail environment
Strong leadership and project management capability
Good knowledge of station improvement and Access for All schemes
Ability to manage programmes, budgets, risks, and variations
Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering
Sound understanding of H&S, environmental, and legislative compliance
Start date: early March
Rate: £580 PAYE
