Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor Required Urgently
A well established main contractor currently requires Project / Senior Quantity Surveyors to work across one of their recently secured industrial, data centre and commercial projects situated around Central and Outer London. These schemes are across the technology, life sciences and healthcare sectors with values ranging from £25m - £100m. As each of these projects are either due to commence or have recently started strong procurement and full project lifecycle experience would be preferred.

Location: Central & Outer London
Rate / Salary: £400 - £550 p/d or £60k - £90k (plus package)

Requirements: two stage / PSCA, full project lifecycle and NEC & JCT D&B contract experience prefered but not essential
Projects: commercial, industrial, technology, life sciences
Duration: ongoing / temp to perm / permanent
