Key Duties:

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively using established school policies.
- Prepare Year 11 students for GCSE success with expert revision sessions.
- Collaborate with departmental colleagues to share resources and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress to inform future planning.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of every learner.
- Ensure all students remain focused, on-task, and motivated throughout the lesson.
