Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain standards and ensure compliance to the QSE Management System in Equipment Services (both site and field, with a focus on quality).
- Maintain the IMS Documentation according to local organisation and corporate guidelines.
- Act as the main site contact for receipt and communication of new and revised documents from Supply Chain QSE.
- Construct the annual QSE Internal Audit timetable in conjunction with the site QSE Management Team and CCEP standard.
- Lead the preparation and facilitation of the site external and internal audits from GBBU.
- Coordinate external and internal IMS audits (including GBBU) documentation, action assignment and progression to close out.
- Act as Lead Auditor for the site and be an active member of the site internal auditors team.
- Coordinate and report on Outlet Monitoring Programmes in Field.
- Support investigation of quality related incidents in the Field.
- Investigate KO outlet monitoring audit failures.
- Collate Field Quality performance information and share with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience of maintaining and auditing an IMS.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 40001 (Lead auditor in one facet would be advantageous).
- Basic Food Safety knowledge (Level 2).
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to problem solve.
