We are looking to strengthen the team with 2 Quality Claims Engineers.
This role is predomibalty based on site but there may be a requirement to travel on occasions, and this may be UK or globally based, so please bear this in mind before you apply.
As the Quality Engneeer you will be involved in all stages of post-sales customer support and starts from product launch until product end-of-life.
You will be required to:
- Deliver a first-class customer experience with respect to post-sale quality investigations and non-conformance handling.
- Chair regular meetings with to provide regular updates on ongoing investigations.
- Ensure maintainance of the customer support process and look for continuous improvements
- Work with managers to provide high integrity data to support investigations
- Ensure the appropriate level of process governance is followed when providing containment and corrective actions
You will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in a Scientific or Engineering discipline.
- Significant experience working in an engineering environment and working with international teams
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary design environment
- Significant experience working in a regulated, compliance-driven industry.
- Experience developing customer support processes and able to make recommendations for improvement.
- Exceleent communcation skills
- The ability to make decisions based on a knowledge of the business and an understanding of the business impact.
- Strong data analysis skills and be capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required; knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
- Project management and/or a quality management experienmce would be useful.
