Are you a hands-on Quantity Surveyor who lives and breathes high-spec interiors? We are a leading Main Contractor specializing in premium office fit-outs, and we've just secured a suite of luxury projects in Canary Wharf.
We aren't looking for "site visitors"-we need a commercially sharp, driven QS who can hit the ground running on 4 live projects immediately.
The Role
This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys the sharp end of refurbishment and fit-out. You'll be based at our high-end site offices in Canary Wharf, managing sub-contractor accounts, variations, and cost reporting for demanding, blue-chip clients.
Location: Canary Wharf (Site-based).
Flexibility: 1 day per week Working From Home (WFH).
Start Date: Immediate.
Portfolio: 4 active, high-spec office fit-out projects.
What We're Looking For
We are specifically seeking "fit-out thoroughbreds." If your experience is primarily in new-build residential or civil engineering, this won't be the right fit.
Sector Specialist: Proven track record exclusively in Fit-Out and Refurbishment (Cat A/Cat B).
Career Stability: We value loyalty. We are looking for candidates with long stints and a "non-jumpy" CV.
Main Contractor Pedigree: You understand the pace, the margins, and the pressure of working for a Tier 1 or specialist fit-out Main Contractor.
Technical Edge: Expertise in JCT contracts, procurement, and final accounts within tight commercial office timelines.
Why Join Us?
"We don't just build offices; we create flagship environments for the world's leading brands. You'll be given the autonomy to manage live projects with the backing of a stable, high-growth commercial team."
Competitive salary and package (negotiable based on experience).
High-profile project exposure in the heart of London's financial district.
A stable, long-term pipeline of work-no "project-to-project" uncertainty.
How to Apply
If you have the "heavy fit-out" experience we need and a CV that shows commitment, we want to talk to you today.
Ready to start? Please submit your CV highlighting your specific office fit-out projects and your current availability.
