Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team and contribute to the success of their major projects
Key Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- RICS, ICES, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience
- Experience working with NEC contracts
- Background in either main contracting or subcontracting
- Proven expertise in change management, contract administration, and claims
- Familiarity with major infrastructure projects
Responsibilities: They are looking for someone with a background with Tier 1 Contractors as they will be working on some of Landon's biggest infrastructure projects for example, Silvertown Tunnel and Thames Tideway
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with various main contractors or subcontractors to ensure commercial success
- Managing and overseeing change processes throughout the project life cycle
- Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Handling and resolving claims, and implementing effective dispute resolution strategies
- Contributing to the overall success and profitability of projects through sound commercial management
