Job Title: Receiving/Unpacking Investigator
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Salary: £15.29 per hour
Shift: 4 on, 4 off (7am - 7pm)
In this vital role, you will be responsible for processing and logging returned medical products, ensuring they are handled with precision and care. This is a hands-on position where your attention to detail will directly contribute to our quality and safety standards.
What you'll do:
- Receive, unpack, and accurately log returned products using our internal systems.
- Maintain precise digital records of all incoming items.
- Collaborate with a global team to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and flag trends or issues with returned products to management.
- Contribute to improving departmental processes and efficiency.
What you'll bring:
- Solid basic IT skills and confidence in using computer systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- A minimum of a secondary education (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to your work.
