As a Reception Teacher, you'll be instrumental in creating an inspiring and effective learning experience for your pupils. You'll:
Plan & Deliver Engaging Lessons: Design and deliver a creative and stimulating Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that meets the needs of all learners, focusing on play-based learning, personal development, communication, and early literacy and numeracy.
Foster a Positive Classroom Environment: Create a nurturing, inclusive, and well-managed classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and motivated to explore and learn.
Assess & Monitor Progress: Regularly assess pupil progress against EYFS frameworks, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure a holistic approach to pupil development and well-being.
