We are seeking an organised and proactive Resource Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced team within a leading Rail Contractor, based in Swanley. This is a 12-month contracted position offering an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the efficient resourcing of projects across the rail infrastructure sector.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and allocate skilled labour and resources to various rail projects in line with operational and project requirements.

• Maintain and update workforce schedules, ensuring compliance with fatigue management and working time regulations.

• Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and recruitment partners to identify resource needs.

• Ensure all workers are fully compliant, holding the necessary competencies (e.g., Sentinel) and certifications before deployment.

• Maintain accurate records of workforce allocation using internal systems and databases.

• Support the mobilisation of new projects and demobilisation of completed ones.

• Assist with timesheet collection, data entry, and payroll coordination as required.

• Uploading and downloading CV's up against jobs / setting up Interviews.

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience in a resource coordination, workforce planning, or operations support role, ideally within the rail or construction industry.

• Familiarity with Sentinel or other rail industry workforce systems.

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting project demands and priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce scheduling tools.

📅 Contract Details:

• Start Date: November 2025

• End Date: November 2026

• Full-time, site-based role in Swanley with occasional travel to project sites as required.

• Contractor basis - competitive daily rate (dependent on experience).
