This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail directly impacts patient safety. You'll be the first point of contact for returned medical products, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (OX29)
Pay Rate: £15.29 per hour
Duration: 6 months
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 7:00am - 7:00pm

What You'll Be Doing:
- Processing Returns: Receive and accurately log returned products using internal systems.
- Maintaining Records: Use computer tools to track and document items efficiently.
- Identifying Trends: Monitor for patterns in product returns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Supporting Improvements: Contribute to ongoing process enhancements within the team.
- Collaborating Globally: Work closely with international colleagues in a professional, non-customer-facing environment.
- Staying Informed: Remain up to date on product knowledge to support compliance and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:
- IT literacy and confidence using computer systems (the interview will include a computer test)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Secondary education (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
