Are you a compassionate, proactive individual with excellent communication skills, looking to make a real difference in residents' lives? Join our team in St Albans.
The Role: Working on a social housing contract based in St Albans, delivering planned maintenance to residents. You'll be the primary point of contact for residents during building repairs, ensuring they're informed, valued, and their feedback leads to continuous service improvement. This involves assisting vulnerable residents, managing complaints, and organizing consultations.
Key Accountabilities will include: Support the Supervisor in the construction of programme of works per annum as well as the operational team in the delivery of programmes on time
Give clear understanding of works to occur to the tenants and issue notices for access informing the site team of any reasonable adjustments required
Maintain a complaints procedure and deal with disputes and damage claims.
About You: We need someone caring and empathetic, with strong RLO experience and the ability to adapt to individual needs.
Requirements:
- Experience with vulnerable residents and planned maintenance to residents is essential.
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence, car/ allowance provided
