The client is well known for delivering quality developments up to 500 units of Traditional and Timber frame houses and apartment across Kent. They are busy and getting busier hence the requirement for a new team member. Candidates will need to come from a contracting or residential background but will need to have worked in a busy commercial environment before and have the transferable Surveying skills.The ideal candidate will either be an experienced Assistant wanting to take the step up and be responsible for a single site with the support of Senior Staff or a more advanced Intermediate candidate that is looking to push on to the next level in the next year.
