About these Roles:Experienced Site Manager's required to work with a site based construction team on a commercial project in Basingstoke.Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing trade sub-contractors and all site based construction activities for your section/area, including short-term programming of works, health and safety, review of method statements, risk assessments, call off of materials, logistics, quality control, client liaison, coordination meetings, reporting on progress against program, etc, snagging and handover.All the projects have commenced on site and run until the handover, mid 2021. Excellent opportunity to work and gain experience on a large, fast paced project in the South Coast region.About the Company/Client/Project:They are a busy, regional main contractor with an average annual turnover of £75M, and a proven track record in the delivery of medium - large sized schemes from £5m to £50m in a variety of sectors. Requirements including certificates and qualifications:The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, demonstrating excellent technical, organisational, man-management, and communication skills.
