        An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well-established, highly successful and growing company in North Wales. We are seeking candidates who have experience in administration already and while loving this role, have a passion to move towards a sales / account manager role in the future.The successful candidate would join and strongly contribute to a busy B2B Sales Office Team in an administration support role which would include:Order processing - generating job cards from customer purchase orders.Answering telephone calls, taking messages where appropriate.Raising quotations under guidance.Contact clients to obtain missing information.Maintain and update Sales and customer records.Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.Communicate important feedback from customers internally.Any other ad hoc customer service duties that arise. Key skillsExperience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent would be preferable.Experience with Sage 50 Accounts software would be an advantage.Microsoft Office skills essential.Understanding of Sales performance metrics and demands.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.A team player with high level of dedication.Ability to work under strict deadlines.
