This role is responsible for providing high quality, efficient and professional attendance office support.Training on systems used by the school will not be provided, so successful candidates will need to have worked previously in a school. Responsibilities will include- Update attendance on SIMS- Investigate unexplained absences- Write attendance reports- Assist with general office administration- Assist reception when required- Handle any attendance related enquiries- Escalate attendance issues when necessary- Liaise with school leadership teamRequired Skills- Data entry experience with SIMS is essential- Experience working Microsoft team preferred but not necessary- Experience of working in a school is essential - Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong customer service skills- Works well unsupervised - Approachable and personable attributesWhat Next?
