      Are you experienced in supporting Children or adults with addition needs either in Schools, Colleges or Health and Social care settings? Are you passionate about supporting people in achieving the best they can? Are you able to support young people with barriers to their learning (including social, emotional, behavioural) ? Do you have the ability to deal with challenging situations professionally, crisis manage and manage change (keep calm in difficult situations)?If so we could have a wonderful opportunity for you!The position is at a local college to support learners aged between 16 -24 with wide range of abilities in the classroom, students have a personalised and flexible programme of study to equip them with the skills they need for the working world and community.The role will involve supporting the teacher in the classroom and supporting children with their learning 1:1 or across the group.
