        A high-performing, fast-growing organisation are looking for a HR Manager to set up and grow the Human Resources function. This is a start-up environment where the HR Manager will gain great exposure across a multi-national business, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team. This is a permanent opportunity inclusive of flexible working, based in Surrey. Role Requirements; This is a stand alone HR position and will encompass the full HR Generalist remit. The HR Manager will manager the end-to-end annual HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, training & development, employee relations and performance management. This person will be the go to for all HR queries on an international scale. Person Specification; The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert at managing stakeholder relationships and will have experience in a similar start-up environment. Ideally this candidate will have previous exposure to HR on an international scale. This role would be perfect for a self-motivated individual who exudes professionalism and enjoys a high level of autonomy. Candidates must be CIPD qualified.
