Key attributes/skills and qualifications:

 Ability to estimate projects from concept to quote completion and to understand
drawings and bills of quantities

 Knowledge of a CRM or similar system

 A working understanding of our ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics Navision (desirable)

 Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project (desirable)

 Ability to communicate effectively and liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Production and Logistics

 A friendly, outgoing nature - enjoying talking to customers on the phone is a must!

 A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

 Strong organisation skills and the ability to multi task

 Excellent attention to detail and the ability to reply efficiently and without delay

 Effective communicator and team player

 Site survey skills and an understanding of the self-storage industry (desirable)

 You may be required to visit the site/store and to undertake a building survey of the clients
