We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our Client's school in North of Cambridge.
This is a full-time maternity cover role, starting as soon as possible.
Pay Rate: £14 - £16 per hour
Key Duties for this role include
... - High-Quality Administrative Support: Ensuring the smooth operation of the school, supporting the Operations Manager.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate student records on the school's Management Information System (MIS).
- Exams Administration: Assisting with examinations to ensure compliance with regulations and deadlines.
- General Office Support: Handling enquiries, preparing documents and liaising with staff, students, and parents.

Below skills are required for this role:
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using School Management Information Systems (MIS) such as Arbor, Bromcom, iSAMS, or SIMS (the specific system is highly desirable)
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Crucial for a maternity cover role, demonstrating a willingness to quickly learn new systems and procedures, cover a range of duties, and manage a varied daily workload
- Proactive Problem-Solving: The ability to quickly and calmly address unexpected issues or queries from staff, students, or parents
- Previous experience of working in a school environment as Administration Assistant would be an advantage
- Highly Organised with excellent attention to detail
