If you're a proactive and dedicated individual, we want you to join our team as a School Administrator. You'll provide essential support to our client schools throughout Cambridgeshire, with various opportunities available. This is a great chance to contribute to a thriving educational community.
This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.00am-4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Your role as a School Administration will include:
- To provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative and operational support within the pre-prep school through the maintenance of clear office systems and processes
- Running the morning registration system, including following up every unexplained absence by telephone
- Management of general enquiries via email and telephone, including taking and delivering messages
- Managing the calendar/diary of the school; meet, greet and register visitors on arrival at the school
- Dealing with day-to-day enquiries from and for pupils, parents and staff in a calm, friendly and professional manner
- Providing general staff support under the direction of the Head
- Liaising with prospective parents and our admissions team regarding enquiries about the school
We are looking for someone with the below skills:
- Experience working within school Administration skills is preferable
- Good interpersonal and Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to respect confidentiality at all times
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- 2 recent professional references
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
